  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled trip are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may incur a 50% fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the trip.

  • If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, security concerns, low participation), you will receive fully refund.
  • If a service provider cancels a booking, we will communicate with you to offer alternative options or a refund............
